We will review your request and, if it meets the conditions below, issue a full refund.

Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • Your request must be submitted within 10 days of purchase.
  • You must have made a genuine effort to use the Root Logic™ System.
  • You must explain why the system did not meet your expectations.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Requests made after the 10-day guarantee period.
  • Duplicate purchases.
  • Accidental purchases after the digital files have already been downloaded, unless covered by the guarantee above.
